There is a company in a western state who has decided that our name/logo is too similar to theirs and they are not ok with us using it for business in a state that they do not have business in. Their are other companies with names that match theirs, but they have decided to go after my company, which has enough of a difference in the name and logo that it cannot be mistaken for theirs by any rational human being. As such, we have been drained of our funding and will no longer be opening any locations on the opposite coast of the United States, far from them. If they are reading this please know that you have effectively killed my dream and I would just like to thank you for giving me this insight into the business world. You truly are the standard to which all businesses should hold themselves.
